TAKEONE is an early-stage AI Director product operated by Syntheon Technology Private Limited. This notice describes the current alpha product as of October 5, 2026.
What TAKEONE handles
A TAKEONE project can include the video goal, script, language, delivery tone, Director cues, project identifiers and future performance preferences. When you record in the native app, the app can access the camera and microphone only after you grant the relevant device permissions.
Portable Capsules
TAKEONE currently supports portable project Capsules embedded in handoff links. A Capsule can contain your script and camera-ready project data so the same project can open on ChatGPT, web and phone without copy/paste or depending on a single server session. Anyone who receives a complete Capsule link may be able to recover the project data inside it, so treat those links like private working links and do not publish them unintentionally.
Camera, microphone and speech recognition
Camera and microphone access is used for recording when you choose to record. Director Voice Follow can use the device/platform speech-recognition service to turn your speech into live transcript signals for semantic progress and cueing. Availability and whether recognition runs locally or through a platform service depends on the device and its speech-recognition capabilities. TAKEONE's current recording flow does not automatically upload captured video to a TAKEONE cloud media store.
Local storage and service data
The web app may cache imported TAKEONE projects in browser local storage, and the mobile app may cache projects in device application storage, so a project can reopen without repeating setup. Development and hosted services may process ordinary request metadata required to serve the product, such as timestamps, routes, IP-derived network information and technical diagnostics.
Analytics
The hosted web experience can use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand product usage and performance. TAKEONE is designed to send product-behavior events such as project creation or handoff actions without sending the user's script text as an analytics property. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
AI and third-party services
If you use TAKEONE through ChatGPT, that interaction is also governed by the privacy terms of the ChatGPT service you are using. Future optional finishing, generation, publishing or cloud-sync features may require additional processors; this notice will be updated before those are represented as part of the production service.
Alpha limitations
TAKEONE does not yet provide a complete production account dashboard for data export or deletion. Until account-backed storage is introduced, most current project persistence is local, portable, or short-lived development storage. Clearing browser/app storage can remove locally cached projects.
