Build, record, publish responsibly.
These terms cover the current TAKEONE alpha operated by Syntheon Technology Private Limited. By using the alpha, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that features are still evolving.
The service
TAKEONE helps turn ideas and scripts into camera-ready performance guidance, including spoken phrasing, delivery cues, portable project handoffs and recording assistance. Alpha capabilities can change, be interrupted or be withdrawn while the product is being developed.
Your content
You remain responsible for the scripts, media, claims, brands and other material you provide or publish. Do not use TAKEONE to infringe rights, impersonate people deceptively, make unlawful representations, or publish content you are not entitled to use.
AI output and Director guidance
Scripts, edits, timing suggestions and performance cues are assistive outputs. They can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before publication, especially for legal, medical, financial, regulated-advertising or factual claims. TAKEONE does not guarantee virality, audience growth, revenue, leads or any other business result.
Portable project links
A TAKEONE Capsule link can carry the project data needed to reopen a camera-ready project. Keep private project links private. If you share a full Capsule link with another person, they may be able to recover the data contained in that Capsule.
Recording and permissions
You control whether to grant camera, microphone and speech-recognition permissions. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record other people, locations, calls or protected material. Do not record where recording is prohibited.
Availability and warranties
The alpha is provided on an as-available basis for evaluation and development. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that every device, speech-recognition service, handoff, generated suggestion or experimental feature will work without interruption or error.
Future paid plans
TAKEONE may later offer subscriptions, usage credits, team plans or paid finishing features. No paid entitlement is created until the product explicitly presents a price and the user completes that purchase. Future billing terms will be shown before payment.
Changes
These alpha terms may change as TAKEONE adds accounts, cloud storage, media processing, publishing, billing and collaboration. Material production-service changes will be reflected in the published terms rather than silently represented as already available.
