TAKEONE is designed so a project remains portable even when a cloud dependency is unavailable. If something breaks, start with the original Project or Workspace Capsule link.
Project or workspace did not load
Re-open the original TAKEONE handoff link. Portable state is carried in the URL fragment and may be lost if another service strips the fragment when copying or redirecting the URL.
ChatGPT cannot see TAKEONE tools
Confirm the TAKEONE app/plugin is connected and that its MCP endpoint is enabled. The public endpoint is https://takeone.ltd/mcp. Disconnecting and reconnecting the app can refresh tool metadata.
Report a product issue
Open a GitHub issue with the affected surface, browser/device, expected result, and the shortest reproducible steps. Do not include private scripts, credentials, payment information, or full portable Capsule URLs in a public issue.
Billing and cloud features
TAKEONE Core is currently designed to remain useful without a paid cloud dependency. Do not send card details through support. Features that are not explicitly shown as active inside the product should be treated as unavailable rather than assumed.
